Mission
The primary mission of the Eastern Oregon University Student Health Center (EOU SHC) is to provide acute and chronic care, as well as promote health and well being of students so they can function optimally to achieve their educational goals. Health education to build students’ self care skills and knowledge base promoting their participation in health care decision making is a parallel goal of the Student Health Center. We also respond to health related issues and concerns on the college campus that may interfere with students achieving their educational goals. Serving as a practice site for health education students contributes to the exceptional learning environment of this campus.
