Voluntary Student Health Insurance Plan (Domestic)
Beginning Fall 2012, Eastern Oregon University will offer a voluntary student health insurance plan. To be eligible to enroll in the voluntary student health insurance plan you must be taking at least 6 credits of on-campus classes (online/on-site credits do not count toward student health insurance eligibility). IMPORTANT INFO FOR STUDENT ATHLETES: The Voluntary Student Health Insurance Plan excludes injuries incurred as a result of participation in intercollegiate athletics. Due to this exclusion, the voluntary student health insurance plan does not satisfy the primary insurance requirement for participation in EOU Intercollegiate Athletics.

Mandatory Hard Waiver Student Health Insurance Plan (International)
International students enrolled at Eastern Oregon University are required to purchase the International Student Health Insurance (Fall, Winter, Spring/Summer). For information regarding benefits and rates, please click here to view the UnitedHealthcare Voluntary Student Health Insurance plan benefit highlight flyer. In certain circumstances, International Student Health Insurance may be waived upon proof of a comparable student health insurance plan.
