Campus parking and vehicular traffic regulations are designed to minimize congestion, maintain safety, enhance security and maximize the use of existing parking facilities. Annual parking permits are available for purchase at the Student Accounts Office in Inlow Hall. One day permits may be purchased from the Parking Pay Station at the Information Booth located at 6th Street and 'H' Avenue. All vehicles parking on campus must display a current permit. The Community Stadium parking lot is the only "free" parking area on campus. Complete parking regulation are available at the Student Accounts Office and the Information Booth. It is your responsibility to follow and obey all posted and written parking regulations. Parking regulations are enforced Monday - Friday, 7a.m. - 5 p.m. and citations will be issued to violators.
The maximum speed limit on all campus streets is 15 miles per hour whether posted or not. Foot traffic always has the right of way. EOU is designed to be a pedestrian campus. Emergency, delivery, service and maintenance vehicles may be allowed on off road areas of campus.
