Eastern Oregon University is committed to providing services that ensure all eligible persons have access to its programs and operations. Faculty and staff will provide reasonable accommodation for students who submit appropriate documentation of special learning needs.
The Disability Services Coordinator evaluates documentation and conducts the initial interview with the student to determine accommodations that are needed.
The Disability Services Program staff assists with campus resources and in meeting the student's academic needs. Any enrolled student who has a documented physical, learning or psychological disability that affects the student's academic performance is qualified for services. In all cases where academic support services are needed, documentation of the disability in the form of a written report from a qualified professional, such as a physician, psychologist or learning specialist, must be submitted.
