The Bookstore is an auxiliary service and is located in the Hoke Union Building.  Our mission is to enhance and support the educational mission of the University.  The role of the Bookstore is to provide textbooks, course materials, supplies and general merchandise used by the campus community.  The Bookstore prides itself on excellent service, fair prices and continuous innovation.

Refund Policy

Full price refunds will be granted/provided:

1.     New Texts and Materials must be free of marks and damage.

2.     Shrink-wrap is NOT opened or CD/Disk package NOT opened.

3.     Send a photocopy of your shipping document with your return.

4.     Use the return form enclosed with your shipment.

5.     Book and materials are returned to the Bookstore before:

Purchased during Fall term                            Oct.  8, 2010*

Purchased during Winter term                        Jan. 14, 2011*

Purchased during Spring term                        Apr. 8, 2011*

*Books returned after date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee until the 6th week of classes. 

6.     No refund will be given for books returned after the 6th week of classes.

 

Buyback Dates for 2010-2011 School Year

Fall 2010                    Nov. 29 – Dec. 10, 2010        

Winter 2011               Mar. 7 – Mar. 18, 2011          

Spring 2011               May 29 – June 10, 2011
