The Division of Student Affairs at EOU acknowledges that absences occur for a variety of reasons. If you find that you are unable to attend classes as a result of major medical crisis, death in your immediate family, or an emergency/crisis situation, please let us know the following information (either via email at saffairs@eou.edu or by telephone at 541-962-3476):

  • Your first and last name
  • Your contact information (telephone number and email address)
  • Your student id number
  • The nature of the matter
  • Specific date matter occurred
  • Time frame for returning to campus

Upon verification of the matter, we will notify your instructor(s) of your absence and anticipated time frame for returning to the classroom.
