Steering Committee Charge
- Completes Mission / Data Analysis Worksheets
- Designs Self-Study
- Defines tasks, roles, and timelines for itself and the Standards Subcommittees
- Develops Subcommittee assignments
- Identifies existing committees as resources and change-brokers for recommended actions
- Coordinates all communication w/ campus
- Reviews, responds, and revises drafts from Subcommittees
- Responsible for design, draft-level editing, forums and site visit itineraries
Standard Subcommittees Charge
- Gather data from Mission / Data Analysis Worksheets
- Implement information templates & assignments
- Observe timelines and communicate often and clearly with constituents
- Observe design, format, and deadline requirements set by Steering Committee
