RESULTS OF THE "LET THERE BE LIGHT" TOUR

A light is needed in front of the new science center courtyard area.

The bushes in front of the student health center need to be trimmed down for safety. Someone could possibly hide behind bushes.

If the city put a light on the power pole on 6th street hill, it would light up the walkway going up 6th street to campus. Otherwise, this is a very dark area when leaving campus to get to your car if parked on the side hill.

A light is needed on the west side of Loso Hall along 6th Street. We noticed a streetlight was out on the power pole on the corner of 6th and J, which made the sidewalk along Loso Hall darker than usual.

The tree at the corner of the south parking lot of Loso Hall needs to be trimmed. It is blocking the light (in the corner of the lot near 6th St).

In the south parking lot of Loso, all of the trees should be trimmed up 4 ft. from the ground so there is clear visibility in the event there is someone lurking underneath the trees.

Area of "I" Avenue between 6th and 7th Streets is dark. The trees separating the street the Loso Hall parking lot block the light coming from the pole on the Loso Hall side of the street.

The streetlight at the SW corner of the Community Stadium parking lot goes off and on at 2-minute intervals.

There needs to be a light installed in front of Loso Hall in the circle where the walkway to the Science Center crosses the circle to Loso Hall. This was noted on last year's light tour.

Between the Library and Hoke - the corner near the quad is a bit dark. Another light here would help. This is another instance where the trees have grown and the light from the existing light pole is blocked.

The outside light (Hoke, south side, bookstore entrance) is not working.

It would be helpful to have a sidewalk that runs along "G" avenue to the Community Stadium parking lot from Quinn (on the Community Stadium side of the street).
