The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. 

 

Approval of July Minutes:  Minutes of the July and August meeting were reviewed.  August’s minutes were approved as submitted.

Building Inspections – No results available

 

Safety Grams – One report of diminished visibility on University Blvd.  Bill reported that the shrubs causing the problem have been trimmed back by the campus groundskeepers.

 

Rob shared a Power Point presentation on Avian Flu.  Highlights included a discussion of the risk of an epidemic in the U.S. as well as various measures to help prevent an epidemic.

 

No discussion of old business.

 

The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 9 at 1:00, Location to be announced.
