Moore called meeting to order.
Motion
to approve previous meeting minutes seconded and approved.

incidents to review
There
were four 801 accident to discuss (no time lost for any incident):
- An employee sprained
his ankle while working on sprinklers.
- An employee pulled
a muscle while moving furniture.
- An employee cut
his finger with a box cutter
- An employee cut
herself while working in the Learning Center
Safety
Grams
- Vicky Lee sent a
safety gram regarding a bush blocking the view as you turn from University
Blvd. onto 6 th street. A service request has been issued.
- Aramark staff dragging
trash bags to dumpster leaving slick residue on the floor. Spoke
with Andrew and the situation has been taken care of.
- Volleyball court
padding still pending.
Misc:
- Projects to be worked
on soon include the 8 th street hill and the fact that this area can be
slick in the winter. The sidewalk on the Inlow Hall side will replaced
with a heating system.
- Mike Rhodes has
the building inspection process under way and will be meeting with building
managers to discuss the process.
- Next meeting will
be Oct 19 th at 2:00 pm in Hoke Center.
