The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m.

Safety Grams – No new safety grams received.

Loso Hall Building Inspection results were reviewed.  Steve and Vickie will follow-up to make sure that the various concerns are addressed and corrected.

Stanna introduced the idea of having an AED (Automated External Defibulator) placed in each building for use in the case of an emergency.  She will research several different options and present them at July’s meeting.

The committee watched the video on employee safety that all new employees are required to view.  Discussion followed.  The committee agreed that the video was more appropriate for supervisors than employees.

Pending Safety Grams – Volleyball court issue still unresolved.

Due to time conflicts, Stanna is unable to attend 2:00 meetings.  So for the next year, Safety Committee meetings will be scheduled at 1:00pm on the 2nd Monday of each month, unless otherwise notified.

Next meeting will be Monday, July 11, 2005.
