
Recognized as one of Oregon's leading economic analysts, Joe Cortright directs Impresa's activities, advising business and government clients on responding to the challenges of economic and technological change. Prior to joining Impresa, Joe served as the chief economic development staff person for the Oregon Legislature over a twelve-year period in which Oregon produced a number of nationally-recognized innovations in development policy, including the Oregon Benchmarks, sector strategies, workforce policies, and entrepreneurial development.
Joe has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Lewis and Clark College and a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of California at Berkeley.
