As the Director of Housing and Student Involvement (since 2006), Stephen is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Housing and Residence Life, the Hoke Union Building, and the Center for Student Involvement. He enjoys working with students, student leaders, and a fantastic group of very dedicated professionals and loves working on a college campus.

Linda has had the great opportunity to work in the Residence Life Office at EOU since 1997. She enjoys helping to make on-campus living for students an experience that will enhance their academic endeavors.

As the Area Coordinator for Residence Life, Ben works closely with students on a daily basis to promote a premiere residential experience. He is responsible for the supervision of the Hall Coordinators and Resident Assistants that live and work in the halls. He greatly enjoys working with staff and students on campus to create a residential environment that promotes growth and learning through engagement in a vibrant residence hall community.

Holly has been a part of the Residence Life Office since 2009. Her favorite aspect of working for ResLife is getting to know and work with students on campus. She is happy to assist residents and future residents with any questions about housing they may have.
Tasha is a 4th-year Art major from La Grande, OR. She has been working in the Residence Life Office since her sophomore year.

Patti Weitlauf has been working at EOU for 10 years and has lived in NE Oregon for most of her life. Her favorite part of being part of the Residence Life Office is working with students!
Rob Simer is a native of La Grande and has been working in public education for many years. Currently a Sociology major and full-time student at EOU, Rob has been a part of the Residence Life Office since 2009. One of his favorite aspects of working here has been to see students succeed in their academic careers.
Ladd Roberts (left) has been working for Res Life since 1997. A native of La Grande, Ladd says his favorite part of working at EOU is the diversity of interactions with students and residents in a university environment.
Howard Brown (right) is a former resident that never left. In his 22 years at EOU, Howard says his favorite aspect of working in Residence Life is being part of a great team and working with students.
Jeff Witten has been working at EOU for 10 years. He moved to La Grande from Southern California for the small town environment and says his favorite part of working as part of the maintenance team is keeping the kitchens running so we can continue to have good food!
