Completing your Graduation Application
NEW PROCESS
The Registrar’s Office has implemented a new graduation application process initiated by you, the student. As of March 15th students will need to apply for graduation rather than having their advisor file on their behalf.
If you have any questions or are uncertain of your degree, major, concentration, or minor please contact your advisor.
This new Student Graduation Application is for all degrees, both undergraduate and masters, as well as certificates.
To apply for graduation you must have senior standing, 136 earned credits. Students should file their graduation application three terms in advance of the intended graduation date but no later than the date specified below in the dates and deadlines chart.
Process: Once your application is received a degree audit will be sent to your advisor for review. The dean will then review your audit. Once your application has been approved you will be notified of all remaining degree requirements via your EOU email.
