Getting Started With Webster

What is Webster?

Webster is the on-line student access for registration, grades, billing information, holds, and financial aid.  It is where students go to register for classes, check their grades, review account information, accept or decline financial aid awards, and find holds or requirements that must be satisfied before registering for classes.  It is an on-line process for most administrative functions for students at Eastern Oregon University.  With Webster, students have immediate access to their information, 24 hours a day.

 

What is my User ID?

The User ID is either your social security number or student ID number, no dashes; either one will work.

 

What is my PIN?

For first time users your PIN is your date of birth in this format:  YYMMDD.  (For example, if your birth date is 12/25/70 you would enter it as 701225.)  Once you have logged in to Webster for the first time or if your pin has been reset you will be asked to select a new PIN.  The new PIN must be six numbers.  First time users will also be asked to enter a security question and answer.  The security question and answer will allow you to reset your pin if you forget it.  You may also contact the Registrar’s Office if you are having trouble with your PIN.  Our telephone number is 541-962-3504 or you can email us at registrar@eou.edu.
