Policy for Dean’s List for Co-Enrolled Students

To qualify for “Dean’s List for Co-Enrolled Students” the following must be met:

• Must be admitted to Eastern Oregon University.
• 3.500 minimum term gpa from EOU.
• Maintain a 3.500 term gpa when transfer credits are included in the calculation. These credits must be transferrable credits, none of which may be vocational-technical.
• Must supply an official transcript (from the other college) to EOU.
• Must complete a minimum of 12 graded credits of which the majority must be from EOU.
• Student must apply for recognition by the second Friday of the term immediately following the term in which recognition is requested. This notification may be accomplished by emailing (using your eou.edu email address) the Registrar’s Office at registrar@eou.edu and asking for the recognition and informing EOU of which college or colleges will be included in the calculation.

Students meeting these qualifications will have the designation of “Co-Enrolled Dean’s List” notated on their EOU transcript.
