Add / Withdrawal Form
For On-Line and On-Site Courses
Use this form when you want to add a course after the deadline for adding courses via Webster has passed, or if the course is full.
Please pay attention to the dates and deadlines. In either situation, you will need instructor's approval to add the course. An email from the instructor to our on-line registration coordinator is acceptable. The email can be sent to regis@eou.edu.
