Teaching in the Borderlands

A Week-Long Writing Institute for

Teachers of Spanish and English Language Learners

9 AM - 3 PM

on the Eastern Oregon University campus in La Grande

Spanish teachers and teachers of English Language Learners (ELL, ESL, ESOL, etc.) at all levels and from all content areas are invited to spend a week in La Grande to write and discuss the teaching of writing between Spanish and English.

Registration is free, but space is limited to 15 participants. To register online, please click here. Registration deadline: June 12, 2006. Those wishing to receive 2 EOU graduate credits pay $490 in tuition and fees and register for them on the first day. Lodging is available in the EOU dorms for $105/week.
