Eastern
Oregon University's Native American Program and Speel-Ya Native Student
Council celebrated its 30th Annual Spring Celebration and Pow Wow on
Saturday,
May
13, 2000, in Quinn Coliseum on the campus of Eastern Oregon University.
This annual event is organized by Speel-Ya Student Council, the Native
American Program and funded by the Incidental Fee Committee. In
addition to social and competition dancing, the Pow Wow also offered
Native arts and crafts
vendors, a donation raffle and an Indian Taco & Frybread Concession
Stand run by Speel-Ya.
