The counties served by Northeast Oregon AHEC are: Baker, Gilliam, Grant, northern Malheur, Morrow, Sherman, Union, Umatilla, Wallowa, and Wheeler.

NEOAHEC is now serving Wasco and Hood River Counties by providing health careers resources and EMS education.
