Health Speaker Series

Students interested in pursuing careers in healthcare have an opportunity to hear first-hand experiences from members of the area medical community participating in a new Health Speaker Series.

This year the Health Speaker Series takes place on the campuses of Eastern Oregon University and Treasure Valley Community College.

Organizers of the speaker series believe there is a great benefit for students and the community to meet healthcare providers in a setting other than a doctor’s office or hospital. It also gives students a chance to learn what a future in healthcare might hold for them.

The Health Speaker Series will continue through spring term with one presentation each month.
