Check-in begins in the main lobby of the Science and Technology Building on the campus of BMCC at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2010. The opening session is held at 9:00 a.m. and the fun begins!

Below are the consent forms that must be signed before you can participate in Saturday Science. Please read each section carefully. All Saturday Science students and their parent(s) or guardian(s) must sign and or initial the document, front and back, in the appropriate places: 

1. Medical Treatment/Release Permission

2. Photograph/Background Information Release Permission

3. Participation Release

Mail, scan and e-mail to hchandler@eou.edu or fax this form to Northeast Oregon Area Health Education Center by Friday, October 29th, 2010.  If we do not receive the above completed documents by Tuesday November 2nd at the latest, you will NOT be eligible to participate in Saturday Science.
