Kelly Sanders is the VP of Human Resources at Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston, Oregon.  He served on the NEOAHEC board from 1996 to 2002 and began his second term in 2008.  Kelly has seen how NEOAHEC programs can be of benefit to local residents.  The programs not only attract medical students to our rural communities, but they help our children consider and choose to become health care professionals.  Kelly is incredibly proud to work for Good Shepherd Medical Center and be part of the rural health care community.

 When not working, Kelly enjoys community service, playing racquetball and following college and professional sports.  He is married to Natalie Sanders, RN and the father to four children.
