Bill Finney is a retired Army Officer. He has been a Registered Nurse for 36 years. He now holds the position of Director of Quality Services (Quality improvement, Risk Management and Compliance) for Wallowa Memorial Hospital in Enterprise, Oregon. Throughout his entire professional career, he has been involved in healthcare education as Wallowa Memorial Hospital participates in the Resident Training program.
