When you login for the first time you will be prompted to change your PIN. After you have changed your PIN, you will be prompted to enter a security question. This question will allow you to reset your PIN if you have forgotten it. Use questions that only you would know the answer. Do not use for answers your social security number, birth date or any of your current passwords or PINs.
