IT Help Desk/Desktop Support Services

The IT Help Desk at Eastern Oregon University is the first stop for students, faculty and staff needing assistance with EOU technology resources. Our Help Desk Analysts and Equipment Systems Specialists are available to support and troubleshoot accounts and network connectivity for students, and provide in-depth hardware and software support for staff and faculty members. If you have questions, the IT Help Desk is here to help you!

Infrastructural Support Services

Infrastructural Support Services is responsible for managing, administering and providing centralized phone, data network, server network and wireless services for the Eastern Oregon University community. Our mission is to provide the high quality, cost-effective network and telecommunications services required to assist in the support and optimization of the University’s investment in teaching, research, and student resources. ISS is also involved with strategic and tactical planning and positioning for the future, working with the IT Advising Team in implementing the future of EOU’s technology.
