GOALS AND OBJECTIVES!

              As a new employee there are several aspects of your position that you need to become better familiar with.  While reading this keep these two specific ideas in mind:

              GOAL— Our main goal is to be knowledgeable, provide friendly and courteous service, and be on-time to our shifts.

              OBJECTIVE— Our main objective is to provide computer labs that are accessible, in

                                          working order, organized, and allow for an efficient working

                                          atmosphere.

MAINTAINING GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

As a lab aide you will be assisting EOU students with basic computing skills, while updating and adding to your own knowledge and understanding of our        programs.  Through the consistent hands-on training that you will be exposed to, you will be able to help in maintaining and achieving our goals and objectives.
