Frances comes to EOU from China!  She is a sophomore studying accounting and business administration.  Her best experience at EOU has been participating in the International Student Association (ISA).  She enjoys all of the activities offered by the many different clubs on campus.  She attributes these activities to the great improvement in her English language skills!
