Requirements

All international students attending EOU (and their dependents) will be required to purchase the International Student Health Insurance Plan provided by Wells Fargo Insurance Services.  Insurance per term for 2009-10 is $220.

Insurance charges will be automatically assessed to all enrolled students' accounts at the beginning of each term.  At the beginning of each academic year, you will receive an insurance card from Wells Fargo in the mail.  If you need to use your insurance before the card arrives, use the temporary Identification Card in the back of the brochure.
