2008 PRINT EXCHANGE
Dear Print Artist:
Oregon Ink Spot would like to invite you to participate in our 2nd Annual 2008 Print Exchange.
This is open to all participants from the states and abroad. There is no entry fee in lieu of the donation of two prints from the exchange to Oregon Ink Spot. Oregon Ink Spot will organize an exhibition in December 2009 that highlights all the submission from 2007, 2008, and 2009.
Below is a list of requirements and the submission date for this project:
• Postmarked Deadline: prints and submission form must be postmarked by April 15th, 2008.
• Paper Size: 5” x 7”
• Theme: an open exchange with no theme
• Medium: Intaglio, Relief, Lithography, Serigraphy, or any combination of these. Digital prints combined with any of the traditional methods will be accepted. No strictly digital prints will be accepted.
• Exchange requirements: an edition of 15 identical prints, original prints made for this exchange. Please insert interleaf or glassine sheets between each print cut to the paper size 5” x 7”.
• Additional requirements: Each print must be signed and numbered (1/15, 2/15, ... 15/15). In addition, each print must be accompanied with the following information: Artist’s name, title, and media. This information can be printed separately and cut to paper size, or printed and/or pasted to the back of the print.
• SASE: 6” x 9” (or larger) with prepaid return postage. International participants do not need to include postage.
• Information sheet: One typewritten page with your name, address, and e-mail.

• All prints submitted will be put in a web gallery and shown in an exhibition at the Nightingale Gallery, Eastern Oregon University’s main gallery space in December 2009.
A portfolio of 13 randomly selected prints will be mailed to each participant in the summer 2008.
