Medical Providers

Carrie Lane, RN, MS, FNP-c

Clinical Director and Family Nurse Practitioner

Carrie has been employed with OHSU School of Nursing since 1999.  She enjoys spending time with her family as well as hiking, camping, and gardening.

Family Nurse Practitioner and OHSU School of Nursing Associate Professor

Gary has been employed by OHSU School of Nursing since 2006.  Some of his interests include small-scale organic farming and outdoor recreation.

 

Virginia (Ginny) Elder, RN, MN, FNP-c

Family Nurse Practitioner and OHSU School of Nursing Assistant Professor

Ginny has worked for OHSU since 1995 after moving to Eastern Oregon from Illinois.  She likes being with her family as well as gardening, camping, and reading.

Kylie Lanman, BS

Wellness Coordinator

Kylie is new to the staff and started in 2011.  She moved back to La Grande  after attending Oregon State University.  Some of her interests are house projects,  being outdoors, and making jewelry.

 

Support Staff

Melanie Grubbe

Patient Access Specialist

Melanie starting working for OHSU in 2006 and is from La Grande.  She is also a Certified Veterinary Technician and likes spending time with her two dogs and Quarter horse.  Some more interests are being with friends and family, and trail riding in the Blue Mountains.

 

Julia Morehead, CNA

Certified Nursing Assistant

Julia has been working at the Student Health Center since 2010.  She moved to La Grande from Wallowa County where she is from.  She enjoys spending time with family, crafting, being with animals, and gardening.

 

Carol Grubbe

Office Operations and Billing Supervisor

Carol has worked for OHSU since 1988.  Some of her interests are being with family, horses, snowshoeing, zumba, and playing the ukulele.
