Mission
The mission of the EOU Health & Wellness program is to promote lifelong health and wellness through social, recreational and educational opportunities.
Current Events
The Wellness Committee is looking for students to teach aerobics and swimming classes in exchange for academic credit. If you have experience in either of these areas and are interested please email abela@ohsu.edu
Learn Self Defense every Tuesday at 7pm in the Quinn aerobics room. Taught by local Nurse Practitioner Dan Leon.

- FREE health screen November 19th HUB 201 9am-12noon. Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, BMI, % Body Fat .
- Lung Cancer Awareness Month. Great American Smokeout November 20th, join us in HUB outside of Mac's from 10am-12noon for info on how to quit using tobacco!

National Hand Washing Week starts on get hand washing information in the HUB main lounge from 11am-1pm on December 8th.

Free Massage! If you are feeling stressed out during finals week, stop by the HUB main lounge on December 8th from 7pm-11pm for your free massage by the Blue Mountain Academy for the Healing Arts Massage School.
