September 2009, EOU's Army ROTC program came into existence.

 

On 16 September 1991, EOU's GOLD program came into existence. The lineage of the 354th GOLD

program dates back to WWII, during which Army Pilots were trained at EOU's campus here in

La Grande under the unit designation known as the 354th College Training Detachment.
