FSA Degree Program: Certificate Programs

The Oregon Department on Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) confers a Fire Officer III Certificate of Course Completion to students who complete the seven upper division basic FSA institutes in Oregon, and a Fire Officer IV Certificate for students who complete all seven advanced FSA institutes. Fire Professionals will need to work with their training officer to complete the task book requirements for Fire Officer III and Fire Officer IV.

 

In addition, the National Fire Academy offers a Certificate of Completion to students who have completed 6 five-credit courses in Fire Services Administration offered through WOU’s Degrees at a Distance Program.
