Shipping and Receiving has the capabilities to process all USPS, FedEx, UPS parcels and more.  The Shipping and Receiving building is located at the east entrance of the campus on 12th & I street.

Incoming Mail

USPS mail and parcels are picked up every morning from the La Grande Post Office and delivered to campus offices with the daily campus mail. Campus mail is delivered twice daily when classes are in session. A variable delivery schedule is used in the summer and during session breaks.

Outgoing Mail

Campus mail is collected in designated locations in each building twice daily. Shipping and Receiving services include monthly charge-back metering on all official EOU mailings. Please indicate an appropriate charge-back index code on all outgoing mail. A small index code may be written in the stamp area of a parcel or attached to the parcel with note.
