Custodial Services

The Facilities and Planning department provides janitorial service for all campus buildings. Trained custodians take pride in maintaining campus buildings and creating a clean and sanitary environment for our students, faculty, and staff.

 Janitorial services include:

• Carpet cleaning, spot removal and vacuuming,
• Sweeping / moping of hard surface floors
• Restroom sanitation and restocking
• Trash removal
• Recycle pick-up
• Shred bin monitoring
• Dusting / surface cleaning
• Upholstery cleaning
• Whiteboard, chalkboard, eraser cleaning and restocking
• Floor stripping / floor wax application
• Locking and unlocking of specific buildings
• Event set-up
• Table and chair rental
• Furniture moving
• Recycling program
• Recycle bins
• Recycle sorting guidelines
