- To develop education programs, curricular policy, and course offerings and to recommend the implementation of these programs and policies to Faculty Senate.
- To initiate study proposals in order to improve the educational development and programs at Eastern Oregon University.
CURRENT PROCEDURAL OVERVIEW
Any new course, course changes (e.g., name, credits, catalog description or language), course deletion, program changes, or new programs/ minors/concentrations must undergo several procedural steps before the approval process is complete and the changes are officially adopted.
During the 2012-2013 academic year, March 15 (received by aadams@eou.edu) is the last day for curricular items to be considered for 2013-14 academic year implementation.
Beginning 2013-2014 academic year, Program/Course action must be submitted to EPCC by December 15 for 2014-15 academic year implementation.
Program/Course action submitted after December 15 and prior to April 15 will be processed but not implemented until the following academic year (2015-16).
