Access to stockroom is limited to faculty and staff who have access codes. Student access is limited to student employees and those who have business with stockroom staff.
Order requests may be sent to Sue at srayburn@eou.edu , using the appropriate order form. Use Chemical Order Form for ordering Chemicals. Use Science Stores Order Form for all other orders. Orders may also be placed verbally or via email..
PLEASE place orders at least two weeks before date needed. This will increase likelihood order will arrive in time. Rush orders will be handled as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery. Note: extra shipping charges usually apply to rush orders.
Please place Grant and Equipment Fund orders as soon as possible after funds become available to ensure purchase. Waiting until the last minute spring term will place a burden on the ordering staff and increases the likelihood the order may not get filled. Some funds are no longer available after June 30, so requesting your order promptly will ensure the funds are spent before they are lost.
Order requests from Clubs must be accompanied by a signed Club Financial Transaction Form.
