Dedicated to Serving Oregon
Approximately one-half of Eastern Oregon University students graduate with majors in multidisciplinary studies (elementary education), liberal studies, physical education, health, business, geography, and graduate education.
The faculty of the College of Education is dedicated to meeting the University’s mission of serving rural Oregon and beyond through professional programs of instruction, research, and service. We have a special commitment to the educational needs of public schools and teachers and to health promotion specialists in the eastern region of Oregon.
The faculty of the College is committed to quality learning opportunities for our students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Each program accredited by Teachers Standards and Practices Commission is grounded in current theory and substantial content subject mastery matched with opportunities for application including practica, internships, and field placements.
