Please Note:
Dual Credit and Dual Enrollment Students must ask their high school counselor or high school administrator to send verification to EOU that they are enrolled in order to receive the High School Initiatives tuition discount. It is imperative that a delegate from the high school contact the Eastern Promise/High School Initiatives Representative at EOU to ensure the correct billing rate is applied. At this time, Webster does not have the capability to identify this automatically, so it is necessary to register following the above guidelines.
Please contact Jen Jenson with any questions.
How to Verify High School Enrollment
Counselors or high school administrator should send an e-mail from their designated school account to the Eastern Promise/High School Initiatives Representative with the following information:
- Full name of student
- EOU ID number (this can be attained from the student; the student should log into Webster, click “Personal Information,” then “What is My ID Number?” EOU ID numbers begin with 910XXXXXX.)
Required Forms:
High School Non-Admitted Student Form
Consent to Release Form - Oregon law prohibits EP from giving parents access to student information except with the student’s voluntary written consent.
