Capsule Description:
Most credits from other accredited colleges or universities will transfer to EOU. Official transcripts from all colleges attended MUST be submitted to EOU for evaluation. See the Academic/EOU General Catalog for details related to credit earned at non-accredited institutions and community colleges.
Full Description:
- Official transcripts are required from each college attended, showing all college course work. Failure to submit all transcripts can result in denial of admission or disciplinary action. Students must request these transcripts in writing from each college. Include the appropriate fee for each transcript requested. The transcript should be sent directly to the EOU Admissions Office.
- For newly admitted students, transfer evaluations will be sent to the student and his/her faculty adviser. For continuing students, updated transfer evaluations are sent to the student's adviser. The transfer evaluation assists with more accurate program planning.
- For students that are transferring credits from Oregon community colleges to EOU, there are Articulation Tables for EOU General Education requirements.
- Admitted EOU students should inform their advisers if they are taking additional courses from other institutions. The adviser can assist in monitoring progress toward the EOU degree.
- If a student anticipates that the course taken
from another institution will meet EOU General Education requirements or major
requirements, verification should be obtained prior to enrollment in the
course. The adviser can assist with the verification process. Provide
the adviser with the following:
- name and location of the college
- prefix and course number
- title of the course
- course description
- Students are encouraged
to monitor their own transcript on Webster. Check for posting of updates and accuracy.

- Log in under Secured Access
- Click on Student Services and Financial Aid
- Scroll down the page and click on Student Records
- Click on Academic Transcript and Display Transcript
