Instructional Technology Quick Tips--LTAs: "LTAs" are Low Threshold Applications, i.e. instructional technology tools that require little learning time to use and that make use of tools that are readily available to most instructors and students. The TLT Group is a non-profit corporation that supports a number of programs to enhance the use of technology in higher education. TLT maintains an LTA Archive that can be used to supplement the Quick Tips Archive provided by the EOU FCTL .
