If you want to teach or work at the Community School of the Arts please fill out the form on the following link and return to our office along with a current resume.  EOU faculty members in the appropriate discipline area must certify all teachers at the Community School of the Arts. All CSA teachers and staff must pass The Oregon State Criminal Background Check.

The following link contains the policy for copying of sheet music or scripts for practice and performance at The Community School of the Arts.  It is the responsibility of all teachers and staff to be familiar with this policy and adhere to it.  If you have any doubts please talk to one of the Community School of the Arts Directors.

The form on the following link is for the use of EOU Faculty and The Community School of the Arts staff.  All teachers at the Community School of the Arts must have a current copy of this form on file with the CSA office.
