Hunt Hall B128 - Training Room
To schedule the room:
Contact the IT Department at x23582 or helpdesk@eou.edu to check availability and reserve a space. The key to open the room can be borrowed from the DDE office on the 3rd floor - HH B320. The room itself is in the basement of the B building - use the NEOAhec entrance and go down the stairs - last door on the right.
The Training Room has 8 Computers with Windows XP, MS Office 2003, Banner FIS/SIS access. There is a cart to place your notebook that you bring in and connect to the TV for presentations or use one of the rooms computers. For special programs that need to be installed or accessed over the Web please contact the IT office for assistance.
