Accessing Your Email

webmail.eou.edu
The EOU Webmail will let you send, reply and read your email.  There is a sent folder that will keep a copy of all mail you have sent using the Webmail and you can create new folders, too. There is also a calendar and contacts option. 

The Interface option and the Server Name must be correct in order to login. See examples below.

EOU students registered for Fall 2000 classes or after

 

Incoming mail server name is students.eou.edu OR salmon.eou.edu

EOU students registered for classes prior to Fall 2000

 

Incoming mail server name is legacy.eou.edu OR emily.eou.edu.

EOU Staff or Faculty

 

Incoming mail server name is facstaff.eou.edu OR snake.eou.edu

(If you have a Groupware account this site will no longer access your email - go to groupware.eou.edu and login there instead)

EOU Graduates and Retired Staff/Faculty

 

 

Your e-mail account is yours to use forever - be sure to login regularly and keep mail deleted or the account will be disabled.

Interface Options

 

Advanced (IE 6+) = Internet Explorer version 6 or above, Windows OS, must allow popup window for this site

Advanced (Mozilla) = Mozilla Firefox, Windows OS, must allow popup window for this site

Simple = Works for any browser, Macintosh OS or Windows OS, no popup window required

 

( or you can configure a POP mail program such as Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc.. )
