Chime Help Page
Chime is a computer program that allows you to view and manipulate three-dimensional molecular
structures. When viewing any molecular structure, you can use the mouse to do the following:
- In the open window click the left button and drag the mouse to rotate the molecule in 3D space.
- In the open window hold down the shift key and click the left button, and drag the
mouse top to bottom to shrink or enlarge the size of the molecule.
- In the open window click the right mouse-button to display a menu of options, which
let you start and stop the rotation of the molecule and permit you to
change the way in which the molecule is displayed (wireframe, sticks, ball
and sticks, etc.)
