Who Should be Entered into the Chinese Biographical Database?
The general rule is that someone may be entered if they had a contribution to make in:

Huang Xing (1874-1916) 
Military Leader of the1911 Revolution

• Currently, we are entering in Chinese figures from post-1850, but the New Biographies section will allow entry at any period of Chinese history.
• In the comments you want to indicate some of the contributions of the biographical figure.
• You must have some documentation for the contribution.
