Database Search [Query] Sample

This is how one conducts a search [query] of a database. There are three steps to a search - which can be very general or between several database tables or for one variable. In this example, I want to find out how many out of 39 posters were in the area of research of East Asia. So this is how my search initially looks:

Step #1: In the search I stipulate "=East Asia"

Step # 2: The search once set then generates a table that tells me the details and numbers that I need to make a conclusion.


Step 3: The search results then can be used with other searches to determine some overall results and generate a graph, such as the one below:
