Additional Resources for Blackboard Support

The complete manual (in a searchable HTML format) is available within courses in Blackboard. Students can generally find it by clicking on the Tools button or link in a course, and click on Student Manual. (Your instructor may have turned off this link; so ask if you can’t find it. Or it may be available in one of your other courses; it’s the same manual no matter which course you're in.) Faculty can find the manual within the Control Panel. Under “Support” in the lower right, click on Manual.

In addition to the support offered here at EOU and within the system, Blackboard offers a variety of helpful resources on their web site. Behind the Blackboard is your one-stop shop for almost anything you need to do with Blackboard:

• Read documentation & tips
• Take a self-paced tutorial
• Search the knowledge base
• Review the release notes for a new product
• Participate in a discussion about instructional design
