Martha Billings: Honorable Mention All CCC

PORTLAND, Ore. - Defensive Back Martha Billings was honored by the Cascade Conference Coaches as one of the top players in the league Saturday. The 5'8 Sophomore earned Honorable Mention All CCC. Billings was the only Mountaineer awarded.
Head Coach Jessy Watson had this to say about Billings, "I am proud of Martha and her commitment to improving and competing. She is very deserving of recognition for the part she played on our team. "
The daughter of Jack and Tina Billings started all 14 games this season and provided toughness on the Defensive side of the field.
Eastern finished the season 5-9 overall, 4-6 in the CCC.
